LLC, is to provide the finest Auction Style Marketing service in the Tri-State area of Nebraska, Iowa & South Dakota. In order to achieve this goal the Auction Company has adopted several key policies, which include:

Collecting and settling all accounts as quickly as possible. Most auctions are settled within 2 to 3 business days of the sale.

service has been very popular for clients who have no one who can assist in auction
preparation, and for families settling estates, from a distance.

Complete line of Auction equipment is used for each auction, Miller Creamer Heimes
Janssen Auctioneers offer two Auction Toppers for on-site Auctions. Auction Toppers
create a professional atmosphere. Complete sound systems are used for on-site auctions
and remote auction. The Auction Company offers a mobile clerking office to provide
buyers with a central location to make settlement day of
auction.

The Auction Company consists of four partners who offer over 133 years of total selling experience. The partners have worked together for many, many years. In 1996 the partners formed a limited liability company in order to serve the Auction industry in a better manner. Today the firm remains strong and is pushing forward into a new era of Auctioneering. |

PERSONNEL: |
|
RYAN CREAMER: In 1984 Ryan began his career in the Auction Business. In his year's of experience have given him a vast knowledge of various types of auctions, He is currently an Auctioneer & Field Representative for the Creighton Livestock Market. Ryan also handles the day-to-day operations of the Auction Company, and manages the monthly Antique Consignment Auctions that the company conducts.
He has been involved in many community activities and has served on several boards. He is currently the Second Vice President of the Nebraska Auctioneers Association; he served as Secretary/Treasurer for 6 years, and was on the Board of Directors For several years. Ryan held the Nebraska Auctioneers Association Bid Calling title, in 1998.
Ryan and his wife Janet have been married for 5 years and they have 2 children. Janet is involved with the Auction Staff assisting in cashier duties & assisting in the company bookkeeping.

ALTON HEIMES: Alton started in the Auction Business in 1968. Alton's involvement in all types of Auctions has made him a key ingredient to our company's success. Alton has served as an Auctioneer and the Laurel Livestock Sales Co. since 1991. He is also a Salesmen and Auctioneer for the Don Miller Land Company since 1989. Owning and Operating a Farm and Swine Operation keeps Alton very knowledgeable on Agriculture issues and prices.
Alton is also very active in the community and serves on several boards, including the Nebraska Auctioneers Association, which he is currently in his second term on the Board of Directors.
Alton has been married to his wife Sharon for 31 years and have 4 children. Sharon serves as an Auction clerk & cashier.

ROGER JANSSEN: Roger started in the Auction business in 1972. He brings a large background of' exposure and knowledge of many different aspects of the Auction profession to the firm. In addition to being a partner in the Auction firm, Roger is involved in a large farming & livestock operation.
He is active in his community and has served on several Boards and community activities. Roger was named Nebraska Auctioneers Association Bid Calling Champion in 1985. He served as president of the Nebraska Auctioneers Association in 2000. He's currently serving as Executive Officer of the Association. He has also served several terms on the Board of Directors. Since 1981 Roger has held a Real Estate Brokers License and works with Don Miller Land Company. Roger has been married to his wife Dorothea for 33 years and they have 5 children. Dorothea serves as a clerk for the firm.
